[ubuntu] xserver-xorg
Aug 17th
Hi, I did a xserver-xorg-core update yesterday, and now nothing has gone better, only worse. First I lost my dektop effect, plus there are a lot of other graphic anomalys on my dektop. Second when I try to get rid of it, Ubuntu gets messed up, So i need to boot it in safe mode and install the package again in netroot mode

p Symantec Workspace Streaming (SWS) is an ideal tool for user based provisioning. It is a key component in virtualization strategies that focus on freeing users from specific devices, giving them access to their applications from any device./p p While this is the primary use of SWS, I often run in to customers who are implementing streaming in conjunction with a VDI initiative

Hi! I’ve done some mistake while trying to activate x264 support in kdenlive…. I rebuilded ffmpeg to fit my needs and since kdenlive didn’t detected the x264 codec, even using LD_LIBRARY_PATH, I decided to install it in place of ffmpeg (ie build with ./configure –prefix=/usr ….) but I learned that if you proceed like this further ubuntu upgrade won’t update the ffmpeg package because it will detect that the package has modified files….. 1) is there a way to detect untracked files (that might be installed by a manual rebuild) 2) is there a way to detect modified files and More >
